Monitor your asthma with a diary
Keeping a diary of your asthma symptoms can help you (or your chlid) and your health care provider monitor your asthma and update your daily treatment plan.
Diaries are even more helpful when:
- your asthma is not under control
- you start or change your treatment plan
- you start taking new medication
Print out out PDF diary at the beginning of each week. Every night, list the symptom(s) - and severity - you experienced in the last 24 hours.
