NCL commissions research in the form of surveys and focus groups in order to shed light about consumers' attitudes and knowledge on issues ranging from health issues to fair labor policies. Such research is used to help inform NCL's policies and advocacy work on behalf of consumers as NCL works to help fill gaps in consumer knowledge and perceptions.
