Advocates applauded the release, seeing it as a tool for consumers who want to purchase products that are free from forced and child labor.
The Child Labor Coalition, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary advocating on behalf of young workers in the United States and abroad, is going strong. But it's been an uphill battle.
